FYTOX-PLUS
Control of Mycotoxicosis, Mould inhibitor, gut care & growth promoter
Mycotoxicosis refers to a disease resulting from the toxic effects of compounds produced by filamentous fungi, commonly known as toxigenic molds. There are hundreds of identified mycotoxins, many of which can cause toxic responses ranging from mild to severe when present above critical thresholds. Poultry are particularly vulnerable to numerous types of these toxins. The severity of the condition in birds depends on factors such as their species, age, the concentration of the toxin, and individual sensitivity. Mycotoxins can interact in complex ways—with one another, with infectious organisms, with dietary components, and even with medications—potentially weakening the effectiveness of vaccines and therapeutic drugs in poultry. Key mycotoxins linked to poultry mycotoxicosis include aflatoxins, ochratoxins, fumonisins, zearalenone, and trichothecenes. FYTOX PLUS combats fungal contamination by breaking down fungal cell membranes, thereby inhibiting fungal growth and stopping mycotoxin production.
